In fact, we don’t have our own recipe. I can only say that our team of game designers are wonderful specialists. 
We are going together it once on the week to the whole place on how to improve the new project. It is also important to follow the games in the entire gaming industry. You can always take some ideas from other developers, often looking through their projects you have your own ideas.
