When I upload a .wav or .ogg it will say it’s uploading, reach 100% and then nothing happens. It gets stuck loading at 100% I’ve tried waiting for ~10 minutes and nothing has happened

What file size are you trying to upload? Try using a size of no more than 1 mb. For the reduce size, try use the this online converter: https://twistedwave.com/online (Settings: File format (OGG), Bitrate (32 kbps)).
