Arduino not connecting?

I recently bought an Elegoo Uno, and I was hoping to use it with Ready Maker. However, Ready Maker doesn’t seem to sense the board being connected. What could I do to fix this?
Does Ready Maker only support Arduino brand boards and not Elegoo?

Hi @MysticTortoise, im not sure,but i think yes, Ready only supports Arduino Uno! (Because we tested all the functionality only with Arduino Uno). But on the other hand, you can also try first connecting your board type to the Arduino CC program and after this try again connected with Ready.
