Parallel events do not work with Number Variables

When a ball hits two stones in parallel, the according event is triggered twice, so that both stones are hidden. But with the same event I try to increase a variable to count the number of stones hit. This does not seem to work. My variable ist increased only by 1, instead of two. The same holds for decreasing, adding, subtracting …

I thik this is a bug, isn’t it?

Here is a minimal demo game:

Thanks for your quick reaction. Meanwhile I tried to use a Counter instead, but same result: gets also increased only once, but should be increased twice, as the event fires twice.

Fixing this would be amazing. I have been known to resort to a brute force approach to get around some of the unexpected results when working with classes   :upside_down_face:

@holger please send a screenshot of the event you’ve set so that we could easily understand whatever is the issue

@samsajwani1234 he posted the share link in his original post (I also copied it in this post). You can open that on a mobile device where you have Ready Maker installed, then click “Remix” and you can look at his events yourself

This could give you some solutions.
A box collider spins around a black circle.
When the black circle collides with an orange circle, 1 is added to a variable.
The spinning box collider decreases the chances of 2 orange circles being collided with at the same time.
