Create a character on the iPhone I really need help I’m new to this

If you’d like to use a character from ready, there is a whole artwork section for characters.

If you would like to obtain one from the GIF section of Ready Maker, there’s thousands there too!

I’m not sure how to manually make one on a phone though.
