I know we select this at the start of our projects in Ready but if I wanted to check one of my on-going projects now for this how would I do this?

Good question!
Ready allows you to know by loading the game on the main menu before playing and is displayed on the top right. If the phone is vertical like this, it will be portrait -
If it’s horizontal, it’ll be landscape
