I messed around with a little animated space invader I found and created a kind of “wireframe” version of the game, but without lots of invaders. this is a version where every time you hit the invader, it loses a 12.5% of it’s life. when it gets to 0 it dies… BUT… every time it hits you, it gets back a fraction of life, so it kind of power ups. Then you have to wait 1.5 seconds to recharge your guns (your tech sucks compared to “alien tech” ). threw in some sounds.
I’d like to figure out how to have the classic game going with rows of invaders. Maybe next.
